EyeSouth Partners (“EyeSouth” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed a strategic partnership with Cobb Eye Center (“Cobb Eye”), expanding its presence into the Marietta and northwest Atlanta regions. EyeSouth is an eye care-focused physician services organization formed by Shore Capital Partners, a leading lower middle market healthcare private equity firm.
Cobb Eye is led by ophthalmologists Bruce Crowley, M.D. and Gerry Parada, M.D., who provide care at two clinical locations in Marietta and Dallas, Georgia. Cobb Eye offers a suite of eye care services including cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, diabetic eye management and routine eye exams.
