Theo Torrance is the Vice President, Controller of EyeSouth Partners. His responsibilities include overseeing the accounting operations of the company including the completeness and accuracy of the financial statements, treasury, accounts payable, payroll, the accounting systems, and internal controls. Most recently Theo served as the Corporate Controller of WellStreet Urgent Care an FFL private equity backed business with over 90 urgent care facilities in Georgia and Michigan. Prior to that he has served as the CFO and SVP Accounting & Finance for Evans General Contracting, and the VP Controller for Aveanna Healthcare a private duty nursing and therapy business that grew from $285M to $1.5B while he was there. Theo brings with him experience in mergers & acquisitions, integrations and restructuring, system implementations, team growth and development, and over 20 years of accounting and finance experience.
