Rebecca Shoniber, SHRM-CP
Chief Human Resources Officer
Rebecca has served as EyeSouth Partners HR leader since 2018. In her role, Rebecca leads the HR strategy for our practices to ensure we have highly engaged employees to provide top quality care to our patients. Rebecca oversees the HR integration of new practices while also serving as an HR subject matter expert consultant for our existing practices. Rebecca is an advocate for professional development opportunities and has developed a robust training program for our practices, post-affiliation.
Rebecca brings with her nearly a decade of HR experience, working as the outsourced HR leader of a number of different organizations, in multiple industries including healthcare. She has her B.A. in Business from Wichita State University, with a concentration in Human Resources and received her professional HR Certification through The Society of Human Resource Management, SHRM-CP.
Outside of working, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband Cody, pit-bull Cam, and her daughter Ella.
