Lynn Godfrey is the Vice President of Surgical Services at EyeSouth, where he spearheads the operational and strategic direction for the surgical division. His focus is on enhancing, expanding, and implementing surgical service offerings throughout EyeSouth’s affiliate network. With a deep passion for exceptional patient care and surgical outcomes, Lynn strengthens EyeSouth’s offerings by providing strategic counsel and support to our affiliate doctors, enabling them to deliver top-notch surgical services.
Before joining EyeSouth, Lynn was the founder and CEO of Accusite Surgical, a mobile cataract surgery provider. For over 25 years, he led Accusite in supplying state-of-the-art equipment, technology, supplies, and certified staff to ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals across the southeastern United States. Under his leadership, Accusite managed 35-40 employees and facilitated over 250,000 procedures in 60 practices and surgical facilities (both ASCs and hospitals). His strategic vision led to the successful acquisition of Accusite by Sightpath Medical, where he later served as Chief Strategy Officer.
Lynn’s commitment to excellence is rooted in his belief that success comes from the willingness to do what most others aren’t. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, and working on his farm.
