Britni Combs serves as the Vice President of Marketing at EyeSouth Partners. In this role, she spearheads the development and execution of EyeSouth’s corporate marketing strategy and supports strategic and tactical marketing initiatives for the company’s network of more than 40 affiliates.
Britni brings extensive experience in private equity-backed startups, blending creativity with analytical rigor to provide innovative leadership. During her tenure as Director of Marketing & Business Development at WellStreet Urgent Care, she successfully implemented strategic and operational marketing initiatives across a network of 62 urgent care centers. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, she introduced new service lines to address evolving patient needs, sustaining year-over-year growth in patient volume.
Following her position with WellStreet, she transitioned to 4Square Consulting as Vice President of Client Engagement where she was instrumental in crafting customized business strategies for clients ranging from MSOs to orthopedics and urgent care.
Britni earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Mercer University’s Stetson-Hatcher College of Business. Britni is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, showcasing her commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
