Jackson Poe

Jackson Poe joined EyeSouth Partners in January 2018 as one of the first 10 employees and currently leads operations for many regions as a Division President.
Starting on the business development team, Jackson helped EyeSouth gain critical momentum by leading the affiliation process for many of the first 15 practices to join EyeSouth. Following his passion in supporting the practices’ doctor and operational leadership, Jackson pivoted to a field CFO role. In this role, he helped the two Division Presidents of EyeSouth scale and regionalize operational infrastructure, manage financial decision making and execute on practice and market organic growth strategies. From there, Jackson was promoted to lead strategic finance function encompassing financial operations, business intelligence, FP&A, doctor compensation & contracting, and related functions.
In his current role, Jackson is excited to pivot back into field operations and support a growing number of practices across 4 regions spanning 6 states and representing over 130 doctors and 1,000 support staff.
Jackson is originally from Birmingham, Alabama and earned his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Alabama.
